How do I change my Password?
- Click on Password and Security in top right under account details (where the current account balance is shown)
- Enter the old password and the new password twice and click submit

- There are no fees for the cash payments to the agent
- You might also agree bank transfers into the agents’ bank account; this would be an agreement with the agent directly and is not facilitated through the website; we would not charge for this, however, bank transaction fees might apply
I've won! How can I arrange for my money to be paid out?
- Contact you agent and request a withdrawal
- This will be normally done in cash and in person; to speed up the process you can already request the withdrawal on the website on the top right and generate a QR code for the payout which the agent will scan
- You can also potentially agree with your agent to receive a bank transfer for the payout; however, this is not facilitated via the website

- We constantly strive to process betting slips quickly. However, these cannot be definitively assessed until we have the official results for the corresponding sporting event.

- You can place up to 30 betting events on one betting slip.

Our risk management team constantly monitors all stake limits, continually adjusts them and processes bet requests. These functions are subject to a great number of parameters, including the game and outcome to be bet on, stakes already placed on it and many others. However, due to constant changes, no general statement can be made.

However, we are unfortunately unable to include all competitions and sports in our betting programme.
